Fargo Force defenseman Justin Baudry has been named the CCM Defenseman of the Week by the USHL.
Baudry scored his first USHL goal on Saturday night in a 3-2 shootout win over the Bloomington Thunder in front of a second consecutive sellout crowd at Scheels Arena. He had a total of three points over the weekend with an assist on Friday night and another assist on Saturday.
So far this season, Baudry has played in 37 games, posting 19 points with 1 goal and 18 assists. He has a -4 plus/minus rating and 59 penalty minutes. He currently leads the team in scoring for defensemen and is tied for 10th overall in the USHL. He is committed to Bemidji State University.
