In a penalty filled rematch against the Storm, the Force got out to a quick start with a spin around shot from Kaden Bohlsen at 1:17 in the first. He was assisted by Aaron Grounds and Adam Gajarsky. After a close play at the Force’s net, the play was officially reviewed and ruled a goal in favor of the Storm - tied up at 1’s. Force couldn’t stay out of the box as they had 4 penalties in the 1st with 11 minutes to burn off shorthanded.
Heading into the 2nd, the Force still in penalty trouble, tallied on 3 more penalties with a total of 7 in the first 2 periods. The Storm eventually scored on their 7th powerplay of the night at 15:40, taking the lead 2-1 into the 3rd period.
Down a goal heading into the 3rd, Force pressure the Storm half way through the period with a powerplay and eventually tie it up a 2. That goal came from Mason Salquist and was assisted by Alex Nordstrom and Jack Robilotti. The Force go on to win with a last minute goal from Alex Nordstrom assisted by Joe Dunlap and Cedric Fiedler.
Force end the night with 9 penalties and Brennan Boynton gets his first start and W in the net.

The Force head on the road next week as they take on the Cedar Rapids Rough Riders Friday and then head to Dubuque to take on the Fighting Saints Saturday. Both games set for puck drop at 7:05PM.
