Fargo Force Merchandise Return Policy
• Returns must be received within 30 days of the transaction
• Merchandise credit cannot be exchanged or issued for any items not purchased from Fargo Force Shop.
• Merchandise credit cannot be exchanged or issued for items marked as close out.
• No refunds or exchanges for merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Defective items can be exchanged for same product if accompanied by a receipt and within the 30 day period.
• Most web orders will ship within 48 hours, and the Fargo Force Shop will not be responsible for any orders cancelled after shipping. If the order is already shipped and the customer wished to send it back at their cost, a refund can be issued for the returned item excluding shipping. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges without a Receipt
• Refunds/Exchanges will be honored if the order number and/or invoice number is supplied by the customer within 30 days of purchase. The amount of the refund/exchange will be determined be referring back to the account history and the original price paid.
Refunds
• If the original form of payment was be credit card, a credit will be issued to that card.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
Follow these instructions to return any Fargo Force online purchase by mail.
1. Customer should make copies of the original receipt and packing slip for their records.
2. Circle the item(s) being returned or exchanged on the packing slip or original receipt and note the reason why.
3. Please indicate whether you want a refund issued or an exchange made. If you'd like an exchange, please note that on the lower portion of the packing slip. A fee will be charged for the shipping and handling of the exchanged order.
4. Circle the name and address where the receipt or exchange should be sent. Please note on the returned packing slip if it's to be sent to a different address.
5. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible, and include the copies of the original receipt and packaging slip. Packages must be returned prepaid-we do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
