FARGO, ND – The United States Hockey League released today the 17-team 2016-17 60-game regular season schedule. Fargo Force’s season opener is set for Fri., Sept. 23 at Omaha versus the Lancers with the home opener set for Fri., Sept. 30 at Scheels Arena versus the Waterloo Black Hawks. The final regular season home game will be on Tue., April 4 versus the Sioux City Musketeers, with the season wrapping up on the road at Waterloo on April 7-8.
The USHL is divided into two conferences, Western and Eastern, with the Fargo Force aligned in the Western Conference.

The Fargo Force are scheduled to play 15 Friday games, 11 Saturday games, and four weekday games totaling 30 home games for the season. All home games will be played at Scheels Arena in Fargo with the puck dropping at 7:05 PM (5:05 PM on Sunday).
Prior to the start of the regular season, the Force will travel to Omaha for the Fall Classic West pre-season tournament and will face the Sioux Falls Stampede on Thu., Sept. 8 at 7:30 PM, EC Red Bull Salzburg on Fri., Sept. 9 at 4 PM, and the Waterloo Black Hawks on Sat., Sept. 10 at 12:30 PM.
Fans will see popular promotional nights again this season, such as: Hometown Heroes Night, Purple-N-Pucks, Cully’s Kids Night, Men’s & Ladies Night, Boy/Girl Scout Night, and Teddy Bear Toss. A full promotional night schedule will be released at a later date. Single game tickets for the 2016-17 season will go on sale Monday, Aug. 29 at 11 AM at the Scheels Arena box office and online at tickets300.com.
