Kitchen Supervisor
Must be 21 years of age. This position is responsible to perform a variety of functions, which are not limited to: supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation; prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent matter; practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction; visually inspect, select and use only the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.; read and employ math skills for following recipes; prepare requisitions for supplies and food items for production in workstation. The employee is under the direction of the Manager. The supervisor will be expected to be ready and able to work for the events scheduled. Experience in food service and supervision is preferred. The supervisor must have the ability to work a flexible schedule with some weekend work required.

Suite Supervisor/attendant
Must be 19 years of age. This position is responsible to perform a variety of functions, which are not limited to: preparing and stocking the assigned suites for a particular event; making sure each assigned suite has the proper food, beverage, and amenities requested for each particular event; supervising the assigned suites and their attendants; report any problems or needs for the assigned suites; make sure all assigned suites be left in as good if not better condition as when the session starts. The employee is under the direction of the General Manager or suite Supervisor. The supervisor will be expected to be ready and able to work for the events scheduled. Experience in food service and supervision is preferred. The supervisor must have the ability to work a flexible schedule with some weekend work required.
